Service and Delivery Policy

How your ticket reaches you.

Draft, last updated 9 August 2026

Digital delivery, nothing to ship

BusGrid is a digital ticketing service. There is no physical product to ship. When a booking is paid, the electronic ticket is delivered to the passenger right away.

How the ticket arrives

On successful payment we send the ticket and its PNR by SMS, WhatsApp, or email to the contact details given at booking, usually within seconds. The ticket is also available online through the manage-booking link.

If a ticket does not arrive

Delivery can be delayed by a wrong number or email, a full inbox, or a network issue at the carrier. If the ticket has not arrived within a few minutes, use the manage-booking link to view or resend it by PNR, or contact support.

Charges

There is no delivery or shipping charge. The fare and any operator or gateway charges are shown before payment.

Hardware installation

This policy is about tickets. When you buy GPS or camera hardware, installation is scheduled separately and is covered by your hardware order.

Contact

For any delivery problem, contact [email protected] with the PNR.
