BusGrid is independent. This page states plainly what we do, and do not do, with the data you and your passengers create.

We are not a marketplace

BusGrid does not run a passenger marketplace and does not compete with you for your customers. We are not owned by an OTA or any distribution marketplace. The booking sites we run carry your brand, not ours.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade operator or passenger data. We do not share your passenger lists with other operators, and we do not use your passenger data for our own advertising.

You own your data, and you can export it

The data in your account is yours. At any time you can export everything you hold, including trips, bookings, passengers, fares, and reports, in standard formats. If you leave, you take your data with you. There is no lock-in.

We hold data only to run your service

We process data to run reservations, booking sites, payments, tracking, and reporting for you, and to meet legal duties. Nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
